I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex on both the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home. Alex more than exceeded all expectations! He was able to sell my house well above asking and I give Alex all of the credit for that. His staging abilities are beyond amazing alongside his knowledge of the markets and his negotiation skills. Alex is very friendly, pleasant, professional, thorough and somehow manages to take most of the stress out of the whole buy/sell/moving process. He is always available for questions, advice or assistance and will settle any issues that may arise very quickly. I don’t think I have ever met someone that is more passionate about their job, I don’t even think he considers this his job, it is his passion and his main priority is his clients and his client’s satisfaction. I would 100% use Alex again in the future and would very highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to sell and or buy a home!
