Alex came highly recommended by a number of people I know and he lived up to their descriptions. We all know he is knowledgable and experienced but I personally appreciated how he never pushed or pressured me and constantly strived to teach me things along the way. I also appreciated debriefing viewings or other chats about places to get some of his insights on places; it felt like collaboration with helpful input rather than unilateral decisions with manipulation or pressure just to close a sale.
