My husband passed away three years ago. We had lived on a beautiful five acre property since 1986 and had built a lovely log home, which became our much treasured family homestead. However, I had come upon a condominium complex that I thought might work for me. I found Alex's name on a website associated with the complex that interested me. When we met, I immediately felt comfortable with him. I was very specific about what I was looking for and as time passed Alex went above and beyond in his efforts to fulfil my requests. He was kind and encouraging whenever I felt discouraged and demonstrated the utmost patience. I never felt pressured rather, I always felt supported. Ultimately we focused on a unit that met most of my wishes. The owner was not easy to negotiate with, but Alex succeeded in obtaining a price that was reasonable. Over the time that Alex helped me, I came to admire him greatly - his quiet, calm manner, his intellect and above all, his integrity. I know that if I ever need help again, he is the person I will call.
