My wife and I met Alexis during an open house in fall of 2024 as she was representing for signature homes (builder). This was a model home- of new construction. Immediately we found Alexis to be welcoming and attentive to our presence in the open house. She invited us to take our time to look around ( give us privacy to talk about the home) after taking us through to highlight key features of the property. She checked in periodically to ensure she was available for questions we had. We ended up reaching out to her after the open house showing and hired her to be our agent. Alexis immediately composed a variety of listings and booked multiple showings for homes. Throughout our time working with Alexis she constantly showed us her high level of commitment to find us the next perfect home. While trying to find a new home she provided excellent council with regard to selling our at the time current home. She took care of all the challenging hurdles for us. She had our home professionally staged, photographed/video’d in order to have it on the market asap. Alexis was dedicated to finding us a home and spent months showing us different properties during a challenging time in the housing market. She managed to keep our spirits high when we were met with a negative experience relating to a deal not going through on a new home. The negative experience had nothing to do with the Alexis’ work, but rather the seller. Alexis advocated for my wife and I with exceptional professionalism during that time. Alexis helped us navigate the stressful/yet exciting time of purchasing a new home. There were time limits in place for us to sell our home- which Alexis met strategically with a great plan. But most importantly to note, she was able to find us a solution when our hopes were near lost of finding a home. In the final hour she managed to secure us a home that was much higher of quality and met all of our needs. She worked with this builder ( Signature homes ) to make sure we had what we needed and well beyond. We trusted Alexis , and she came through in all areas above and beyond our expectations. It truly was a great experience and can’t speak highly enough of her professionalism, dedication and drive to get the best deal for us in selling/buying a home. She has an excellent understanding of the market and an abundance of knowledge in all areas required by any agent. Our time working with Alexis was a blessing. With out a doubt we will be reaching out to Alexis to work with her again when the time comes for us to sell/find a new property. Key traits that Alexis exhibited were : endless amounts of patience. She was happily to re explained things as many times as we needed to understand some of the more complicated aspects of selling and buying. She genuinely is a kind good person. She was very easy to work with and helpful in all areas. She is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of her work. Alexis has a no nonsense approach to working with a client. I could trust she would tell my wife and I the truth when it came to selling or buying. She had realistic expectations and clearly communicated them in a kind manner. She wasn’t in a rush to sell or buy… she wanted to make sure we her clients were overjoyed with the decision we were making. Overall, at the end of our time working with Alexis it felt like she was family. She treated us like family and fought for us to ensure we got what we needed in the way of our selling/buying needs. This is the 3rd home that I’ve purchased and I can’t think of another person I’d recommend or personally use as an agent. Anyone would be lucky to have Alexis working for them as their Agent.
