Alexus was great to work with start to finish. She understood what kind of property we were looking for. We were out of province, but she was great at visiting properties with our family members. Alexus had a full understanding of the local market and was very helpful in determining good offers during the negotiation. She was very determined to solve hiccups and kept the closing on track with dedicated efforts. She was absolutely fabulous to work with.
