Ali is a low-key, charming and attentive person. He works very hard, responds quickly to questions and keeps you informed about viewings and applicants. I always saw him along with the broker, Ahmad, who is a much more high-powered person, but found Ali very approachable and understanding of my needs. I would certainly recommend him to friends.
