Working with Ali to find our dream home was an incredible experience, from start to finish. We met with Ali before moving to Kelowna from Edmonton. She spent time with us gathering information about what our must haves were and what items we could be flexible with. We then set a date to make the trip out. Before we arrived Ali had curated a list of homes, in various neighbourhoods based on our wants and needs, for us to see. She spent the day answering our questions, driving from home to home and making sure we left feeling confident in our move. As we waited for the right home to come up Ali consistently checked in with us, kept us in the loop on trends in the market and made sure we got in to see the homes we thought might be a good fit. When it came time to put an offer on our home Ali was extremely knowledgeable about the negotiating process. She was thorough, assertive, detailed and fair. She gave insight into items we never would have thought to consider and in doing so made sure our best interests were reflected in our offer. With Ali’s professionalism, quick thinking and exceptional negotiating skills we were able to secure our home.
