Once Alison and I spoke about what I was searching for, she quickly compiled a list of properties for me to review by providing access to her portal which was very convenient for me. Once I identified a property from the portal or one she identified on her own, she was very quickly able, sometimes within the same day, to arrange a showing. Alison seemed very knowledgeable about the market, areas to avoid,what to look out for; and, once it seemed that I wasn't going to find the right property she suggested an area that I might consider that wasn't exactly matching my initial criteria. It turned out that I found exactly what I was looking for because of that.
