I found Alla to be very professional yet personable and down to earth. I was quite comfortable talking to her and when asking questions. She was quite knowledgeable about the areas of the city and her pricing was spot on. She followed through with what she said she'd do. I would definitely use Alla again and recommend her to everyone.
