We were introduced to Alla by a mutual friend. We were looking to buy vacant land to build our house and found that most realtors, though expert in built houses, had very little experience when it came to vacant land. We found Alla very knowledgeable and helpful. It was based on Alla's advice on the property that decided us not to go ahead with the purchase. She found issues with the lot itself (high bedrock) and other potential issues with zoning etc. and advised us correctly that this may not be a good buy. We are very grateful to her for this good advice even though it resulted in no sale. We intend to continue to work with Alla on our journey to find the perfect place to build our dream house!
