Alla was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, considerate and available to us 24/7. She would check in with us regularly to see how we were doing, offered to help us with home projects, and was compassionate in regards to our specific needs and situation. She was enthusiastic and went the extra mile to help us with the sale of our house. She also had an excellent grasp of the current market.
