Purchasing a home can be a stressful experience, especially when you can't see it. We were searching for a home in Manitoba while we lived in another province and Ally made the experience as stress-free as it could be. When we provided feedback on houses she got a great sense of what we we wanted and better refined the results to focus on what was important to us. When we did find a house we were interested in she went out of her way to accommodate the inspection process. Being out of town we had in-laws going to check out the house and she drove out multiple times to give us a video tour to help us understand the layout and features of the house. Upon move-in there were some issues, but a quick call to Ally and she worked quickly to reach out to whomever was needed to get the issue resolved. She was great in providing updates throughout the process and we always felt comfortable communicating with her whether it was through emails, texts, or phone calls. Overall we felt Ally did a great job of making us feel comfortable in the purchasing process; from explaining options we had to sharing experiences to help us understand what we could expect. When it comes time to search for our next property we'll definitely be reaching out to her to help with the search.
