We had an excellent experience using Amanda with Lime Green. We had an offer the day after listing, and even though that offer fell through, we were in constant communication with Amanda and she guided us through a couple other offers until we found the right one. I was initially pretty nervous about selling a property, but she proved it to be a painless experience. We have another property we'll be selling in the near-ish future and will 100% use Amanda again.
