I found Amanda to be transactional based only, she was not personable and did not wish to get to know me or my property beyond specs.. When she walked through my home to evaluate she was not interested in hearing anything I had to say and I felt she was just rushing through to get it done. She provided me with 20 minutes of her time to do so. After the walk through I did not see her in person again. I had to correct things on the contract and ask her to redo, things as my realtor she should have caught and corrected before presenting to me. She was very hands off and I am more of a people person, show me interest if you want to work with me. Once home was sold,.. there was never a sold sign hung. The new owner took possession 7 weeks later and the for sale sign remained until close to 2 weeks after they moved in. Overall very disappointed in my experience with Lime Green and will not use them again to sell.
