I was acting as executor for a good friend of over 40 years. The townhouse, though clean and neat, was that of a little old lady who had lived in it for 25 years and it was basically sound but certainly not decorated in the style of today. Amanda was fabulous. She knew how to handle all the issues that came up, was completely responsive and responsible. She knew all the right people. The stager was fabulous and with the help of a handyman Amanda knew the house came out knock-out beautiful for surprisingly little money. The proof of Amanda's prowess was that a very similar house across the street still hasn't sold. I would recommend Amanda without hesitation. She was sucessful in the job, she was super easy to deal with, and is simply a very pleasant person.
