Amanda was very helpful and truly understood our needs. She was able to assist us even though we are remote to Calgary. Any time we called, she was on it, and would advise ahead of time if she was unavailable. She was able to “break it down” and speak plainly to our levels. Her responses and communication was top notch and left nothing with a question.
