I have recently bought a property while Amanda was my realtor. When I started my journey to find out my home, I was not sure which kind of home I want / can buy? How to manage my financial things? Which neighborhood I like? What type of home I want to buy? Even I was not sure if I want to buy a property. Amanda was patient in tis journey. Versus some realtors kind of push you and give you a feeling of being guilty that if you don’t buy a property, then you have wasted their time and energy. She thinks with you when you think about what to do. she doesn’t force you to any direction. She gives your hand and accompany you in your journey. She talks about financial management of your purchase if you want. She knows several neighbourhoods very well. She is always approachable. She is always on-time and prepare whatever you want in a short time. She is so technology-savvy, so she can get the history of purchases, get the prices that every property worth, she knows the market like really good. She is always on-time and ready to be with you, so you can confidently do your research and get the desired result. She knows it is almost the most important financial decision one can take in their life, so she always supports you in this way. I think one thing that makes her different from other realtors is you don’t feel she is pushing you to buy something, so she gains some money. She always reminds you of the problems a property may have. She doesn’t let you do a wrong purchase. She is the best, and I really thank her for being with me to buy such a good home.
