Amanda was such a pleasure to work with. We live out of town and were a little nervous to list our rental unit for sale. She was so communicative throughout the entire process. Her and her team handled everything (even coordinating with our tenant, and buying and delivering our tenant a “thank you” gift for being so accommodating). The condo sold faster than we could have imagined (much faster than similar units in the same building), and sold for more than what we were hoping for. We think this is because of their awesome marketing. We have bought and sold many properties and this was by far the best experience we’ve had - Amanda really went above and beyond and made the whole process quick and painless.
