Amanda was able to get our house changed from residential to commercial to get us the best price. There was a glitch with the first buyer that put in a bid and although this glitch was no fault of either Amanda, Amy or Vantage West Amanda worked tirelessly to rectify the glitch. We moved out of province before the house was sold and some homeless and crack addicts broke into the house and caused some damage. Amanda was instrumental in taking care of cleaning up the mess that was made. She also kept us updated on everything that was happening. I would highly recommend Amanda and Amy to anyone and would gladly use them again if I was going to sell.
