Amanda was amazing throughout our buying process! We were from out-of-town so we did not know Kelowna. When we were in town in July 2025 for a few days on medical appointments, she & her partner, Cam, explained the Kelowna market and various areas to us and then took us on a discovery to figure out what type of home we wanted, a condo, a townhouse or a single-family home. Once we discovered we wanted a 55+ community, single family home, she & Cam focused on looking for these types of homes, even after we left town to go back to our former home. Amanda & Cam kept in touch and even did video walk-throughs and sent them to us for several places we wanted to see after our visit to Kelowna in July. Amanda & Cam had gotten to know our likes & dislikes during those few days in July and were able to provide us their opinions on what could work for us and what would not. Once we came back to Kelowna in early October we met up with Amanda & Cam again to view a few houses we had narrowed down to, viewing a couple of the house a couple of times. We were then able to find a home with Amanda & Cam helping us through the offer & purchase process! She & Cam made the purchasing process very easy for us and we are very grateful that we found a home & community we love! Michelle from their office was exceptional in keeping the paperwork organized and sending it to us in a timely matter with reminders of upcoming deadlines and even provided tips/resources to access for when we moved to Kelowna. On our moving day, Amanda & Cam were there to welcome us to hour new home and even a month later, they came by to check up on us, wishing us a Merry Christmas!
