Amanda was key in this move to downsize. I needed to reduce my monthly expenses, and her and Cam were able to get me everything on my non-negotiable list. It was a pleasure working with them both. Amanda has great connections in town and she is down to earth. I really appreciated her expertise and professionalism

Reply: It was such a pleasure working with you Katie. Were so happy that the fit and list program was able to help you secure a sale at top dollar and even selling for more then what the 3 bedroom sold for. Thank you for your trust in our team and process and so happy this move was exactly what you needed where you were able to reduce your overall costs while still finding a great home in the area you wanted. -Amanda and Cam-
