During the period of time my home was listed, Amanda stayed in touch at least once a week and her reports were always insightful and informative. Another item of note is that Amanda is as close as a text and responds within a half hour which is much appreciated. Amanda was always great with new or different ideas in order to promote my property. She kept me informed of the showings and as important, with the feedback from the showings. At the end she was successful in assisting me to obtain a full price offer which as a senior was critical to my future.
