The sale of my house had a couple issues when an inspection was done, plus I had tenants. Amanda knew how to solve every problem and answer all of my questions. When I needed a contractor for an estimate, she had a great one already lined up. When I needed to replace the AC unit, she had someone already lined up that was better than the person I originally went to. I had questions in regards to giving my tenant notice and how that all worked, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgable with that as well.
