Our names are Mike and Sarah Pennington. We recently had the pleasure of working with Amanda Tak and Amy Hackle while purchasing our new home and selling our existing home. As stressful as it was to go through this process they definitely helped relieve some of this anxiety and stress by being professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and definitely sounding boards for our concerns. We started this process by buying our new home first, prior to selling, something they both advised against. This will be something we will not attempt to do again.
