Forthright. My impression of residential real estate agents is very poor. I have bought and sold a number of properties and in every one of those transactions the agents lied to some degree. In talking about agents, my advice to friends was always, "assume some of what they are telling you isn't true." With Amber, if she didn't know an answer, she didn't make something up. She said she would try to find out and then followed through. Super refreshing. In a previous sale, the property wasn't selling and I decided to pull it off the market and rent it out. I think most agents would be upset about losing a potential commission. Not only was Amber supportive, but she allowed me to use the photos from the staging to use in the rental ad. That's a sign of someone who understands the value of relationships in business and is doing things the right way for the long-term.
