Amber and team are clearly a professionals who know what they're doing, but it's the "real" human side that was the most value added. This industry can stray into used car sales territory from time to time, and we went with Amber because we knew there was a real human we were dealing with. This sounds melodramatic, but those who understand will understand how important this is when it comes to making the most expensive decision in your life. We were picky, and took almost a year and a half, and the team was very patient and helpful the whole way through this experience.
