Amber was so wonderful to work with to find our dream home! She was extremely knowledgeable, easy to get ahold of, quick to respond, had great contacts such as an awesome home inspector and really seemed to care about finding us the perfect home. The market while we were buying was pretty awful. Houses were going for 70+ grande over asking and was very disheartening. We lost many bids, some more upsetting than others, but Amber always had a positive outlook and assured us the perfect home would come and be ours. She would be honest if a house was not worth going way over our original budget as well so we likely avoided many duds. If it weren't for her we would never have found our house as it was originally over our listing price threshold. She took the time out of her busy schedule to check some listing for us and sent us the perfect home that she was sure we could get with our budget given even though houses were selling so high over listing. I would definitely recommend Amber to anyone that asks and will use her again if the time comes!
