Ameenah helped my husband and I find our perfect-to-us home. We had quite the list of needs and wants in multiple areas (Barrhaven, Kanata and Stittsville). My husband was a first-time home buyer so Ameenah explained the forms we needed to sign to engage her (and her sister Fatimah, Team Elbarrani) as our realtors and the forms for making an offer. We visited many properties and felt supported as we navigated the home buying process. Her keen eye to detail was valuable as we narrowed down properties on our list. But Ameenah also knew when we walked into “our” home…it was a listing we tacked on to an evening of showings that was on our way home. We were guided through the offer process and all the “fun” of fulfilling the conditions (home inspection, financing) then the nerves of waiting for our offer to be accepted as there was more than one. We had a very positive experience with Ameenah and look forward to working with her again in the future.
