One of the most unprofessional and vindictive individuals I have ever dealt with. This agent is insane. I sent in my application to rent, and she emailed me demanding my SIN. I explained that I would not be providing my SIN for rental purposes, and then she rejected my application in retaliation. She then called the current tenant and started gossiping about my application, calling me jobless to him and making fun of me. This was not true, as I am self employed and had shown her proof of this and a consistently high income. I made a complaint to the company she works for, and when she saw the complaint she had the audacity to PICK UP THE PHONE FOR A SECOND TIME and call the tenant AGAIN, having him send me a long winded message on her behalf. Nothing short of disgraceful.
