If you're looking for someone who skips the flowery sales-pitch and just gives you the straight goods, Anais is your person. She was an excellent communicator, and was responsive by email, text and phone. We felt like Anais really listened to what we were looking for and worked hard to find listings that matched our preferences. Her web-portal was easy to use and we liked how it let us organize possible properties by Favourites, Possibilities, and Not Considering. When showing us properties, Anais had a wonderful way of pointing out things about the properties that were both positive and not ideal; she offered a balanced perspective so we never felt pushed in any direction. Her knowledge-base was excellent and she helped us to consider multiple facets of each house, land, neighbourhood, etc. so we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. When it came to the actual purchase, she gave us excellent instructions along the way, so we clearly understood each step and what was coming next. Overall, we found Anais warm, kind, and knowledgeable. She has a great sense of humour and made our how experience fun!
