Anastasia proved to be our saving grace when it came to buying a home. She kept my wife and I informed on multiple houses before they'd hit the market, allowing us to get viewings in as short a time span as possible, which proved integral to us getting our house, due to the intensely competitive nature of the housing market. On top of that, she accompanied us to each viewing and was very thorough with her own inspection of the property, pointing out even the smallest thing that may be an issue. She's absolutely on the side of the buyer, and at no point did I feel like she was trying to rush us along to make a quick sale. In a situation unique to my wife and I, literally the day of closing our bank dropped the ball, and we basically lost our loan. Anastasia hooked me up with her mortgage broker within the hour, and by the afternoon Id secured a new and BETTER mortgage. We literally wouldn't have got the house if not for her. I would (and plan to) recommend Anastasia to ANYBODY looking to buy or sell. Shes amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about her.
