My husband approached Jason Ferris as the result of his selling a neighboring home. Jason spent many hours with us helping us to prepare for selling our home only to have us decide that we were not ready at that time. We continued to keep in contact and when we felt it was time to sell we asked this patient man to start all over again which he did. Jason presented us with several offers one of which was to good to refuse only to be told that once again we did not want to proceed with selling. We have so much respect for Jason who has copious amounts of patience. His professionalism must be acknowledged as well as his congeniality.
