We moved back to the GTA in the midst of the pandemic. Andre guided us though this challenging environment. The market and neighbourhood were unfamiliar to us, so we initially planned to rent. Andre supported us in this. Andre's knowledge and experience of the market was apparent from the outset, and we felt comfortable purchasing a home. Andre found a house in a great neighbourhood and great school.  He ensured that the sale went smoothly and helped tie up loose ends with the sellers.
