In this crazy real estate market, we had many failed attempts to purchase a home. We found a private sale and Andrea came highly recommended by the sellers. As we were purchasing from another province, Andrea did virtual walk-throughs of the property, told us the things she liked about the property, and referred us to real estate lawyers. We encountered a major hiccup when the first appraisal came through and Andrea was right on it. Because of her swift and professional reaction, she discovered the appraiser used comparable from two years ago ! When the second appraisal was ordered, Andrea insisted she be present with the appraiser and she was there every step of the way. We honestly do not know what we would have done without her.
