We worked twice with Andrea and Josh this year and would be happy to do it again in the future!  Having purchased and sold with them this year, we got to see their advocacy from both perspectives: patience in answering all of our questions, experience with the different cities/bylaws, ensuring we found solutions that met our needs, ensuring our expectations were not only met but also exceeded - working extra hard behind-the-scenes to do so.  In addition, their extensive construction experience was more than helpful when assessing properties and negotiating/evaluating options.  Their gentle, down-to-earth demeanour and complimentary personalities worked well for the differing personalities my wife and I have - we are happy recommending them to friends and family!
