Andrew worked so hard for us to secure a tenant lease. We did the transactions from out of province for our daughter to move to Toronto for school so it was super stressful especially considering the low percentage of rentals available and the fact that we had to take a unit sight unseen. Andrew was very attentive, responsive and professional and just a really nice human. No questions went unanswered - and there were a lot of them!
