This was our first property so we had no idea what to expect but Andrew walked us through everything and took the time to explain the entire process. Andrew is newer to the game of real estate so he was SUPER eager and willing to go above & beyond for us. We were looking for vacant land and he was up for getting his hands dirty and was always ready to explore the land with us. The hunt took about 3 months and he didn’t give up on us, we were being sent properties constantly and went to every showing we requested. Andrew was raised in Sudbury area and knew the surrounding area very well, he was able to advise us on what property would suit us best.
