Andrew showed us homes for over two years and because we were rather fussy about what we were looking for it took quite awhile to find what we were looking for. Near the end we felt bad about getting him to show us so many homes and not making any offers. It didn't seem to phase him. He was always focused on what would work for us and there was no pressure. When we finally found what we were looking for he walked us through the purchase process and we were able to secure the home for a good price. Where he really shone was on the sale of our existing home. He walked us through what needed to be done and what didn't. He explained the staging process and helped us find the right person and then did an excellent job of making our home look as good as it could possibly be. The listing process went smoothly and the house sold over asking within the time allotted to it. We were very happy with the process and much of the credit goes to Andrew who did a wonderful job for us. We would (and have) highly recommend him to others.
