Eight days later, we viewed and made an offer on our ideal house, and it was accepted that night! We viewed seven houses with Andrew in total, and we learned so much from him about the process. We closed the deal on our dream house four days later. On possession day, he was there with us to do the walk through, sharing his expertise with us on what issues might require attention, and making sure the previous owners met all contractual requirements of the sale.
