Unwittingly got entangled in Dual Representation , where Andy was representing both buyer and seller. The owner left the house in a very poor and kinda broken state. Papers that were signed by us and probably also by seller and Real Estate broker were of Zero usage and all we were referred to talk with our lawyer . Lost all trust in Real Estate Board process and its brokers.

Reply:    I'm very sorry that the sellers of the property you purchased left it in a state that wasn't cleaned well and that the yard was over grown. From also working with the sellers I couldn't anticipate that they would leave the home like this. I tried to work with you, I tried to offer compensation however you refused. I understand that you went to the Real Estate Board however it was the sellers that were the issue. I feel strongly that I negotiated a great deal for you and that you did purchase an amazing home. Please contact me anytime Reply:    Hi Andy, To clear out the things. there was never a talk about compensation from your side, though you inquired about the damages, Second the system is so broken, that i cannot even go to small claims courts (because i cannot get the address of previous owner from anywhere). Only course left is to get a libel suit , which is an expansive affair in itself. Also i never went to Real Estate board., through called them to find out how can i get the address of the previous owner for filling a small claims case, to no avail. I am more annoyed at the lack of addressable mechanism in real estate board procedures and policies, which seems to more helpful for sellers and brokers. Reply:    Immediately when you had priced out cleaning costs and costs to cut down weeds and grass i offered to assist in paying for this. You never unwittingly entered into anything and were aware that I represented both seller and you the buyer. I would still work with you and compensate you for the disarray the home was left in.
