Andy was really helpful and managed to get me a place $30k under my planned budget - this will give more financial room to incorporate future renovation projects into the property. Walking in to buy your first home is a very stressful time and honestly I had no idea of the steps to get us there. Andy took the time to set up appointments with home inspectors, lawyers, etc and walked us through the entire process one step at a time. When there were questions he was able to quickly answer them for me.
