I should start by saying I'm not easy to deal with. I know what I want and I want it the day before yesterday. Andy figured that out right away. He was always available via phone TXT or email. He did showings at a moment's notice for us. A few times I know he dropped everything to get cross town and meet for a showing. Andy always made it happen, no excuses about being busy or the houses not being available to show. He got it done. When it came time to close the deal, I knew he had it under control. I never once stressed about the negotiations. Looking forward to the next deal with him. Definitely recommend giving Andy a call.
