When we contacted Andy to look at the possibility of selling our house he set up a meeting the same week. He reviews our property and offered a minimum price we should accept as well as reviewing the current market and the effects of time on that market. We opted to wait a couple of months before listing and he still brought us several offers and we sold in 2 weeks.
