I was located overseas during the whole transaction. Andy was very timely with his replies (even with an eight hour time difference and me being a brand new client having never met in person) and accommodating to all my requests. He was very knowledgable and vocal with his opinion on perspective houses, which I appreciated because it shows he not only strives for a commission but also a content client post transaction. Would definitely recommend Andy and use him again in the future.
