Andy worked extremely hard to sell my penthouse. His communication was excellent. He returned my phone calls and emails promptly even when he was on vacation in Costa Rica. Andy is an honest agent who acts with integrity. He does what he says he going to do when he says he is going to do it. I have dealt with serval agents and Andy was by far and away the best I have dealt with. I have extremely high standards and I am not easily impressed. Andy exceeded my expectations.
