We met Andy through a friend. He was their agent and they had success buying their home. My girlfriend and I went to view listed homes with Andy, inside the houses we would exchange questions and answers regarding technical information. We were able to get specific with what type of home we wanted and would watch the listings Andy supplied us. When we found the home we wanted to buy, Andy made recommendations throughout the process, and with researching the process ourselves we decided how much to put for a deposit and how much to place as the offer.
