We signed Andy as our realtor from Remax Central and to be honest, there was no efficiency from him. We had to pry to get feedback from showings and from a marketing perspective, it seemed like Andy's network was ineffective. Initially meeting him, Andy had said it would not be a problem getting what we wanted but as time wore on, we found that we had to continuously drop our price almost where we were taking a loss. I would not use Andy again, nor would I recommend him as a realtor for a sale.
