Both Angela and Vanessa were amazing throughout our home search. We were moving from Toronto to Montreal and they were both wonderful at educating us on some of the differences in the market. Angela and Vanessa were quick to point out opportunities and potential costs when visiting homes. While we were looking at all the pretty in properties, both Angela and Vanessa were opening up electric panels, searching for sump pumps, back flow drains, and at one property even found a mouse trap when the sellers declaration stated there was no rodent issues. We visited over 30+ properties and the patience they both demonstrated throughout our searches was truly outstanding. When they say they are not happy until you are they actually mean it. At one point we were torn between 2 homes and after a day and a half of negotiations we had walked away from our first selection. Vanessa was quick to draft up a new offer for the second home and negotiate for a lower price, and we finally found a home we are both happy with:) Angela and Vanessa are both quick to respond to emails and texts.
