The BEST Real state broker we could have asked for! When we decided to look for our dream property, we didn't have a clue where to start. It was a all new and daunting to us: expensive homes, some old and not up to date, others far from our workplaces / school for our children, a few nice homes but not ideal for our family, some above our budget, etc etc As exigent and particular as we are, we decided to look out and find someone with the knowledge, expertise, with enough patience to withstand our dozens and dozens of home visits and disappointments, and specially that person of trust, to make - with our eyes closed - the best decision without any regrets. That's where we met Angela Langtry and team. In their office near Atwater, she walked us in detail through the whole process of purchasing our home. Not only did she have excellent suggestions, but answers to all our questions, with her impressive knowledge in this world of finding your dream place. From the moment our search and visits started, we felt Angela and her team by our side. ALWAYS a response back, within minutes, to our messages (whether it was for a visit to a new property, or to request information on a sold home, or enquiring about a desired property), ALWAYS a follow-up email on a home that had caught our interest and sold to another family, and the list goes on. Despite the many homes and condos we visited with her and Matt, never did they show or we felt from them the minimum sign of frustration, never did they rush us to make a decision. All the opposite, always honest and transparent when it was not right for us, when they felt that something was not up to our standards or properly priced... as well, they were every time punctual, prepared with all the documentation, timely on the bookings, responsive to all our demands, and with the best attitude on every visit, either it was during a weekend or middle of a week day! With her team by our side, it is not a surprise that we just received the keys to our dream property, in our top location, and with all the requirements we had on our checklist... and more than when we started our search, and to top it off: within our budget. The 7th star on our review comes from the "post purchase" work and tasks that as owners we must or would like to complete: Angela and team provided us with outstanding references for: a 5-star notary to handle all the legal procedures; an excellent contractor from her extensive list (we found an electrician and an interior renovation company) that would continue making some dreams come true, as well as they have ref for financing from big banks to choose from. We had ours already, but they have it if you don't. To sum it up: Angela, Matt and their team are not 5, nor 6; they are a 7-star real state broker.
