Now that we are well-settled into our new condo, there is time to express our thanks to Angela and Marc who helped us “down-size”. Angela has compiled a dynamic team – she was organized and thorough, responded quickly to questions and concerns, offered good advice and was always calm yet tenacious in manner. Marc, who showed our home to potential buyers, was professional, punctual, good-humoured and, most importantly, was quick with feedback. Matthew did a wonderful job of photographing a “virtual tour” which certainly gave serious buyers a feel for our property. Our townhouse was sold in 9 days to a lovely young family. Yes, selling our townhouse (in which we had happily lived for 19 years) was a stressful time. However, Angela and her team helped make the transition easier for us. We were happy with our sale and glad that we had selected Angela and her team.
